All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservation upon payment. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.
Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made by e-mail to the hotel reservations@medinapalms.com at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.
In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, needs to reject or change a confirmed reservation, it will use all reasonable attempts to facilitate the conditions of the original reservation, however if no alternative is acceptable to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and consider the reservation cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel’s liability.
The hotel reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel as follows:
Peak Season: if cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee applies
Medina Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to charge a deposit for confirmation of a reservation and full prepayment prior to arrival date. If payment terms are not complied with, we hold the right to cancel the booking without liability and retain the deposit. Where a deposit is required, payment can be settled by major credit card or by bank transfer to confirm the booking.
The prices displayed on the website are a total for your requested stay, including all Government levies and taxes. Any meals, services or extras are excluded unless specified. A minimum length of stay, deposit, cancellation charge and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
The Guest must pay all outstanding charges for meals, services or extras purchased during their stay on departure from the Hotel.
Medina Enterprises Ltd can sometimes include third party products in special packages, or procure the services of third parties to facilitate different services. Medina Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances for any failure by those service providers to fulfil such travel arrangements nor for any error, alteration or change of any kind made by those service providers following the acceptance of the booking by them. All coupons, vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by those service providers.
Medina Enterprises Ltd both for itself and on the behalf of their employees or agents do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever or however the same may be caused and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given in statement made by their service providers in terms of travel arrangements. Medina Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such carriers and/or service providers. Medina Enterprises Ltd will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
Please note that all travel documents, observance of laws and regulations of various Governments are your responsibility.
Medina Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates without prior notice.
Offers and Promotions are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the site. We reserve the right to modify or alter any program, offer or promotion at any time.
Medina Enterprises Ltd accepts that errors or omissions may sometimes occur. Medina Enterprises Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, currency and completeness of the contents, including without limitation, any information relating to rates and room availability.
