Long-time friend and sponsors of the Born Free Foundation, Nigel and Lesley-Anne Rowley recently attended Born Free’s 25th Anniversary celebration at The Royal Geographic Society in London. The format of the event was in the form of ‘This is your life’ celebrating Born Free’s 25 years of compassionate conservation and wild animal welfare, with speeches from key experts and supporters of the foundation including Martin Clunes.
Nigel Rowley, of the Medina Palms project in Kenya commented, “We were delighted to attend and support the foundation, something we have been closely involved with since its inception 25 years ago. The structure of the evening allowed us not only to celebrate the success of the foundation, but learn of recent developments and be reminded of the constant need for conservation and animal welfare.”
